These terms of service apply to the use of the Sandstone website and services. By using our website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Sandstone: the provider of the services.
- Customer: any natural person or legal entity using the services.
- Services: all services offered by Sandstone, including the Google Ads cashback program.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, agreements and services of Sandstone, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Services
Sandstone offers a cashback program for Google Ads advertisers, based on available partner programs. Participation is subject to acceptance and technical validation.
Sandstone reserves the right to refuse an application without providing reasons.
4. Customer responsibilities
- The customer provides correct and complete information.
- The customer remains fully responsible for their Google Ads account.
- The customer is responsible for timely payment of invoices.
5. Payments and billing
Payments are processed via a billing profile managed by Sandstone. During the onboarding phase, a postpaid setup may be used, after which it can be switched to a prepaid model.
Cashback is paid monthly based on actual ad spend, provided all requirements have been met.
6. Liability
Sandstone is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit. Liability is limited in all cases to the amount invoiced by Sandstone in the relevant month.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, logos and designs, is owned by Sandstone and may not be used without written permission.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the collaboration in writing, subject to ongoing obligations. Sandstone reserves the right to stop the services immediately in case of misuse or fraud.
9. Changes
Sandstone may change these terms. The most current version is always available on the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
